I bought the Emma Hardy Brilliance Facial Oil and I use it regularly. First off, it came in the old packaging, which should've tipped me off that something was wrong. The bottle felt really cheap too. But the worst part? As soon as I applied it, I realized it wasn’t the real deal because it didn’t smell right at all, and my face started burning right away! I had to hurry and double cleanse to get it off fast. Be super cautious when buying skincare from this brand; it might not be authentic! I should’ve paid attention to the price. This company really needs to grasp how risky it is to sell such products. I’ve used this oil countless times without any problems before; it’s usually so soothing. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would.

If I had the option for a zero star rating, I would definitely take it. I placed an order at the start of January and even paid extra for faster shipping and tracking. Now, nearly a month has gone by, and I still haven't seen my package, with no updates since January 18th. I've been in touch with customer service multiple times about tracking my order, but I've gotten no real answers. At this point, I'm reaching out to customer service again to request a refund because by this Friday, it'll be over the 30-day return window—yet I still haven't received anything!

I'm still waiting on a product I ordered back in mid-June. Calissa was quick to respond to my worries and sent out another item. I was informed it would be resent on July 29th. Now it's August 24th—almost another month has passed, and I still haven't received either the first or the second item. That's just way too long, even considering the global pandemic.

Update: My product finally showed up a day or two later. The first one I ordered never made it here, but they did send the second one, and I've got it now. Still, I'm gonna be cautious about ordering again because of how long it takes. Just not worth it for me.

This was my first time shopping on this site, and it turned out to be a letdown. I ordered a gift for a birthday that I was really looking forward to, choosing the 2-day tracked delivery. However, three days later, I still hadn’t seen any tracking updates or heard a peep from the company. When I called them up, they informed me that they hadn’t gotten the item from the supplier and that I would be getting a refund. Honestly, if I hadn’t reached out, I doubt I would’ve gotten any info. Thankfully, another vendor stepped in after I shared my frustration with Calissa and offered me free next-day delivery. It arrived a day late for the birthday, but I was super thankful nonetheless. You can bet I know who I’ll be ordering from next time!

I had a solid experience with their customer service. My initial package went missing, but they sent me a replacement at no cost. They were fast and handled everything like pros. I'd definitely suggest this seller to others.

The item I requested and what showed up were totally different. I had asked for Phyto Specific Curl Hydration Shampoo, but instead, I got Phyto Rich Hydration Shampoo. I checked my invoice, and it lists 'Phyto Specific Curl Hydration Rich Shampoo,' which doesn’t even exist.

I placed an order for a denman brush back in February, opting for the most affordable shipping to Canada. As of now, my item still hasn't shown up. I'm really just curious if it's ever gonna get here. The latest update from Landmark indicated it was processed in Bristol on Feb 26, but after that, there was no further movement.

UPDATE: David reached out to me directly through email, and I got my order today in great shape. It might have been held up because of Covid. Appreciate it!

I never got the item I ordered. I went with the less expensive shipping option, so sadly, I can't track the package or find out if it was even sent.
